We believe in rewarding you every time you shop with us. Our Loyalty Points & Rewards Program lets you earn points on every purchase and redeem them for instant discounts. Here’s a simple guide on how it all works  

How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

You earn loyalty points automatically when you shop on our website.

1. For every ₹1 you spend, you earn 5 loyalty points
2. This is equivalent to 5% cashback on every purchase
3. Points are credited to your account once your order is confirmed

There’s nothing extra you need to do. Just shop and earn

What Is the Value of My Loyalty Points?

Your points directly convert into rupees:

1. 100 points = ₹1 discount
2. No minimum order value is required to redeem points
3. You can choose how many points you want to redeem for each order

Example:

If you have 4,000 points, you can redeem up to ₹40 off on your order.

How to Redeem Loyalty Points (Step-by-Step)

Redeeming your points is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Rewards Panel

On any page of the website, look for the floating gift/rewards icon on the left side of the screen

Click on the Rewards icon.

Step 2: Go to “Ways to Redeem”

1. Inside the rewards panel, click on “Ways to Redeem”
2. You’ll see an option like Order Discount
3. This will show you the conversion (e.g., 100 points = ₹1)
   

Step 3: View & Select Points

Click “View” on the order discount option

You’ll see:

1. Your total available points
2. A slider to choose how many points you want to redeem
3. Drag the slider or manually select the amount

(Example: use 2,000 points or the full available amount)

Step 4: Redeem & Get Your Coupon Code

Click “Redeem”. A discount coupon code will be generated instantly


Step 5: Apply the Coupon at Checkout

1. Copy the coupon code
2. Paste it on the checkout page
3. The discount will be applied to your order 
4. Note: Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.

Where Can I Find My Redeemed Coupons?

If you’ve already redeemed points and want to use the coupon later:

1. Click the Rewards icon again
2. You’ll see a section like “You have X rewards available”
3. All your unused coupon codes will be listed there
4. You can use them anytime before they expire

How Does the Referral Program Work?

Our referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to shop with us.

For You (The Referrer)

1. Share your referral link with a friend
2. When they make their first purchase, you get ₹100 off
3. Minimum purchase value for your order: ₹1,000
   
   

For Your Friend (The Referred User)

1. Your friend gets ₹100 off on their first order
2. Minimum purchase value: ₹1,000

It’s a win-win for both 

Important Things to Know

1. Loyalty points never apply automatically, you must redeem them
2. Points are converted into coupon codes
3. Only one coupon (loyalty or referral) can be used per order
4. Unused redeemed coupons remain available in your rewards panel
